Frequently Asked Questions
What counts as a simulation?
Each time you run SenseCheck to analyze a decision counts as one simulation. Follow-up questions in the same conversation don't count as additional simulations.
Can I change plans anytime?
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade at any time. When upgrading, you'll get immediate access to the new features. When downgrading, the change takes effect at the end of your billing period.
What happens if I exceed my simulation limit?
You'll see a prompt to upgrade when you reach your limit. Your existing simulations and conversations remain accessible. The limit resets at the start of each month.
Do unused simulations roll over?
No, simulation counts reset each month. We designed generous limits so most users won't need to worry about this.
Is there a free trial for paid plans?
The Free plan is our trial, giving you 10 simulations per month forever. This lets you fully experience the product before deciding to upgrade.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards through Stripe. Enterprise customers can also pay via invoice.
How do Team seats work?
The Team plan includes 5 seats. The team owner can invite members via email. All team members share the persona library and simulation pool (500/month total). Each member logs in with their own account.
Can team members see each other's simulations?
Team members share the persona library but each member's simulation history is private. The team owner can see overall usage statistics but not individual conversations.
